Congratulations to those businesses that have been recognised as Employers of Choice for 2024
Jobs Tasmania’s Employer of Choice program has been operating since 2006 and has recognised more than 120 employers to date that collectively employ around 20,000 Tasmanians.
In 2024 we received submissions from employers from around the state, across Tasmanian businesses of varying sizes and scale. The finalists were shortlisted, and site visits and interviews conducted to determine their eligibility.
Here is a list of the twelve businesses that were recognised as Employers of Choice for 2024.

Jobs Tasmania, through the Employer of Choice Program, is partnering with Social Ventures Australia (SVA) to pilot the Employer Innovation Lab in Tasmania.
